Who we are

SKN Luxe LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a medical aesthetics and skin clinic at Unit 6, 102 Phoebe Street, Salford M5 3PH. We are registered at Companies House under number 17274178, with a registered office at Old Lloyds Chambers, 139-141 Manchester Road, Altrincham WA14 5NS. We operate the website at sknluxe.co.uk.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you contact us to book — by Instagram message, phone or email — we receive your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about the treatment you are interested in.

Before certain treatments we ask you to complete a consultation and health form. This includes your medical history, current medications and relevant health conditions. This is health data, which the law treats as special category data. We collect it because we cannot treat you safely without it, and we ask for your explicit consent on the form itself.

Our website uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.

How we use it

• ·To arrange, confirm and manage your appointments
• ·To assess whether a treatment is safe and suitable for you
• ·To contact you about your booking, including changes and reminders
• ·To keep treatment records, which we are required to hold as a clinic
• ·To take payments and deposits, where applicable

We do not send marketing messages unless you have opted in, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Booking and health information is stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the European Union. Access is limited to the practitioners and staff who need it to care for you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the clinic (such as our database, email and payment providers), each of which is bound by its own data protection obligations.

How long we keep it

Treatment and consultation records are kept for as long as professional guidance and our insurance require, which is typically several years after your last visit. Enquiry messages that do not lead to a booking are not kept longer than needed to answer you.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and in many cases to have it deleted. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data badly — though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
